At 15 Minute Fitness, we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you enjoy our service today, tomorrow, and in the future. To do this we need to understand your fitness habits and preferences so we can deliver an exceptional and personalized workout experience specifically for you. That said, your privacy and the security of your personal data is, and will always be, enormously important to us. So, we want to transparently explain how and why we gather, store, share and use your personal data - as well as outline the controls and choices you have around when and how you choose to share your personal data. That is our objective, and this Privacy Policy ("Policy") will explain exactly what we mean in further detail below.
This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally identifiable information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website/app.
🔒 Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
We collect only what a feature needs, and where a feature is optional so is the data behind it. The categories below are described for 15Health: Home Workout & Meals. Our other apps (Section 1) collect only the categories their own features use — an app without meal logging never handles food photos, for example — and the permission prompts and Data safety section of each app's store listing state exactly what that app requests. Health and fitness data from Apple Health or Health Connect has its own section (Section 4), and how long we keep everything is in Section 5.
Your name and email address, and the identifier Apple or Google provides when you sign in with them. 15Health signs in only through Apple or Google (via Firebase Authentication), so it never sees or stores a password.
Age, height, weight, fitness goal, activity level and diet preferences that you enter during onboarding or edit later. These build your workout plan, meal plan, daily calorie target and BMI.
Workouts you complete, rest-day check-ins and streaks, meals you log, and the water and sleep hours you record. This is what makes your plan, reports and reminders reflect what you actually did.
When you photograph a meal for AI nutrition estimation, the photo is sent to our server, used only to produce the calorie and macro estimate, and discarded once the estimate is returned. It is not stored and not used to train models. A photo you pick from your Gallery instead of the camera is sent and handled in exactly the same way.
Baseline progress photos you take stay on your device only. They are never uploaded to our servers.
In 15Health, with your explicit permission, we read your height and weight (and on iOS your date of birth) from Apple Health or Health Connect to pre-fill your profile. This is covered in detail in Section 4 — Health & Fitness Data. You can skip it entirely and type the values yourself.
Your subscription status and the purchase token issued by Google Play or the App Store, so we can unlock Pro features and restore purchases. Payment is handled by Google or Apple — we never receive your card details.
Device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and in-app usage events such as which screens are opened (Firebase Analytics). We use this to fix bugs and improve the app. It is not combined with your health data and not used for advertising.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers that run the app on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to that purpose:
You can delete your account and all data associated with it yourself, at any time:
In 15Health: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, body metrics, plans and logs from our servers.
By email: write to support@15health.com from the address on your account and ask for your data to be deleted.

When you sign in, during onboarding, and as you use features such as completing a workout, logging a meal, photographing food, purchasing a subscription, or connecting Apple Health / Health Connect.
Simple & Transparent: every category above maps to a feature you can see in the app. If a feature is optional, you can decline it and we collect nothing for it.
This section applies to any of our apps that offers a connection to Health Connect on Android or Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS. The connection is always optional, off by default, and only starts after you tap Connect and grant permission in the platform's own permission sheet — which lists the exact data types that app requests. The data types below are the scope of 15Health: Home Workout & Meals; if another of our apps requests health access, its permission sheet is the authoritative list, and every commitment in "What we never do with health data" applies to it equally.
Nothing. The current version of 15Health does not write any data to Health Connect or Apple Health.
15Health does not read steps, heart rate, sleep, calories, workouts or any other health data type. If a future version of any of our apps needs an additional type, we will update this policy first and ask for your permission through the platform's permission sheet.
Height, weight and age are used to pre-fill the onboarding questions so your plan, BMI and calorie targets are right from day one. You can overwrite the values before continuing.
The height and weight you confirm become part of your 15Health profile and are stored on our servers, encrypted in transit, exactly as if you had typed them. Nothing else read from Health Connect or Apple Health is uploaded.
We never use it for advertising or marketing, never sell it, never share it with data brokers or other third parties, and never use it for research, medical or credit purposes. Access is limited to providing and improving the feature you granted it for, in line with the Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
Not connected? Every feature works without it — 15Health's onboarding chat simply asks for the same values.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then delete or anonymise it. The table below states our retention practice for each category.

In 15Health, Profile → Settings → Delete account removes everything in the first two rows from our servers straight away and revokes the app's sign-in. In any of our apps you can also email support@15health.com and we will do it for you after verifying the request.
We may keep specific records longer where the law requires it (for example purchase records for tax purposes) or to resolve a dispute. Such data is kept isolated and is not used for any other purpose.
All data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to staff who need it to run the service. Deleted data is removed from live systems immediately and from backups on the schedule above.
You may be aware that a new European Union law, called the General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR" gives certain rights to individuals in relation to their personal data. You can exercise those rights from inside the app (Profile → Settings) or by emailing support@15health.com. As available and except as limited under applicable law, the rights afforded to individuals are:

In order to enable you to exercise these rights with ease and to record your preferences in relation to how 15 Minute Fitness uses your personal data, we provide you with access to the following settings via your Account Settings page:

If we send you electronic marketing messages based on your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may, at any time, respectively withdraw such consent or declare your objection ("opt-out") at no cost. The electronic marketing messages you receive from 15 Minute Fitness (e.g. those sent via email) also will include an opt-out mechanism within the message itself (e.g. an unsubscribe link in the emails we send to you).
