Welcome to 15Health! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 15health.com website, our mobile fitness applications including 15Health: Home Workout & Meals, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Coding4fitness LLC ("15 Minute Fitness", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

All content provided by 15Health, including but not limited to workouts, exercise videos, meal plans, recipes, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the profile details, logs, photos and other content you create while using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content only as necessary to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for your personal, non-commercial fitness purposes.
15Health offers a free tier and premium subscription plans. Our pricing is localized and varies based on your country of residence. Exact pricing details for your region, including any applicable taxes, are displayed within the app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before you complete any transaction. Payments are processed by Google or Apple; we never receive your card details.
We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require payment of applicable fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the period you choose, through the Google Play or App Store account you purchased with.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of your Google Play or App Store account. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, so refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data, though we may retain some information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect by:

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with 15Health, its applications, or its related services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All legal proceedings, litigations, or dispute resolutions relating to 15Health in any capacity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
